All of that stuff is legal in most of America (except the cocaine), big whoop. "Explosive precursors" could mean some stuff you bought at Home Depot, and books on how to make bombs have been freely available since the 1960s. Up to no good? Or Newsday scaring dumb Long Islanders who don't know anything about weapons?
Stuff from Home Depot could cause a massive explosion. Great work to the cops who found this.
