Does anyone have any thoughts or knowledge about the current timelines on approval for internal renovations in Manhasset (North Hempstead DOB).

What type renovation are you talking about. Please be specific. For example. Kitchen reno including removing walls.

Reason? because you may not need a permit for certain work.

Reason? You do not indicate if you have a permit already and the work is done or in progress and you are awaiting inspection or if you are asking about work that has to be started - meaning the permit process.

Full first and second floor renovation removing walls and relocating kitchen/bathrooms. Adding a bedroom by closing up an existing balcony.

So you engaged a contractor and filed for the permit already and are waiting for the timeline for approval if I understand what you are asking?
