I don’t believe the Nassau rate for one second. I’ve never seen houses selling so fast in my life.

Most of them just going to Suffolk, east end.
I can back that up because I just moved off the north fork.
Proves you can’t always believe stats and polls and such.
Probably just a 1/4 of that Nassau number actually left the date.
The rest just permanently moved into their second homes and sold their former primary.

You’d think nobody would move to Florida anymore because of hurricanes, tornadoes, sinkholes and such.

Texas is getting clobbered. They’re moving in large hoardes, mostly from CA.
I have family in TX and they’re bugging out. My cousin, probably exaggerating a bit, says it’s getting like he never left NY.
