Basement Drain (house, electric, PVC)

Hello - as always thanks in advance for your input.

Our finished basement has two drains - one in the center of the basement that is piped at the bottom diagonally under ground with 2” PVC (assuming on a declined pitch) to another drain in the corner of our house. This drain goes into a 6” diameter hole in the ground which has a turn at the bottom of it to wherever.

Does this sound like these drains lead to a dry-well? I don’t see anything that makes me believe it goes to a sump pump (no electric, no mention of sump on my electric panel, etc). If it does sound like it goes to a dry well would you get them inspected? Any concern with ground water coming back in, or bugs entering the house through them? What about humidity/moisture coming in? Any concerns that I am not thinking of?

If it helps this home is located in RVC, not in a flood area, and no ponds/lakes etc near by. We are also upgrade from street level.
