I have a snowblower that runs but part of the auger snapped and it needs a weld. A friend of mine suggested a "mig weld" and its to bond 2 pieces of metal together that are 2 inches long, less than a half inch thick.

Anywhere near Huntington, and approx cost?

Super easy fix. MIG is just one way to weld. It doesn’t matter how it’s done. Someone you know has a welding machine in their garage. Or just hit up a muffler shop and offer one of the guys $20 for the two minutes of work.
