I still check listings from various areas and I am astonished at the prices vs condition of many of these homes. Some deserve a wrecking ball. Some are in pristine condition, although not updated since at least the 70’s. It’s crazy.
It's all subjective . And people always will want a place to live. Don't forget. Not everyone can live in a mcmansion.
I’d take the outdated 1950’s cape any day, all day long, over a McMansion, or even most new construction.
They don’t build them like they used to. Might be outdated but damn them bones are usually pretty good.
I don’t use price filters. This title assumes no price limit. The houses here are legit trash.
