Maybe they just don’t want loud quads racing down their street, most likely by some careless teenager. Plus, the quad is not legal to ride in the street. If people complain about leaf blowers, quads are worse. They are not meant for high populated areas, which most of LImis.

Not uppity stiffs. If anything, it is the uppity stiffs who buy them. My friend lived on a cul de sac and many of the kids had quads racing up and down. He couldn’t take it. Of course, owners consider the cul de sac as their own personal road.
i have a couple of motorcycle families around here who's kids take the bikes out when it gets warmer for for their afternoon strolls. it's annoying because it's illegal dirt bikes and the kids aren't being supervised. it's also annoying because they kids could hurt somebody or themselves so best to get them off the road before that happens.
the cops have been called but they are usually 3 hours too late but i get it, nailing a 14 year old dirtbike kid isn't top priority. even when i give them the addresses from where they originate, still nothing.
but thats not the worst of it. there is a band of bikes that go out at night racing down my long street with no headlights. again, it's only a matter of time before every single one of them get ran over. my cop friend told me a car can hit them without penalty as long as it's not deliberate. they shouldn't be on the road.
as for quads, there is a little 12 year old who likes to ride his quad during the day while he's supposed to be in home schooling. he's this tiny little kid on his tiny quad who you can barely see. there is also a go cart kid who is so low to the ground, hes literally gonna be ran over by a UPS truck one day.
We aren’t out in the country anymore. Too populated for any of the things. You wanna ride? Go drive upstate.
