Can we all agree, when Amazon does well our 401k investments do well. I’ve mentioned this numerous times in this thread & nobody seems to get it.

Amazon needs warehouses nationwide. As for other companies, most can pick up and set up shop anywhere. Especially over-seas where labor is really dirt cheap! Building other countries economy.

Corporate welfare, in the form of tax breaks, subsidies, & loopholes, is one of the underlying causes of the increase in taxes.

Respectfully, if a swing in Amazon price makes or breaks someones 401k, they are pretty poorly diversified and should find some pro help.

I guess you didn’t read my previous previous post either (Below):

Think about all of the mid level/middle class salaries this would create!: Truck drivers, truck repairs, Accounting, PC/Tech, shipping, repairs & services needed to operate a warehouse, machinery. Lunch stores, The list goes on & on!

Will also keep our utility companies busy! So, it’s not just about “Amazon”
Basic economics.

Absolutely! I’ll post again! It’s not all about Amazon:

It never would have been a beautiful park, just a crappy mall with crappy apartment buildings, your typical developer boondoggle. If you want a dense, apartment-style living situation that's near commercial activity, well, you can always head west about 20 miles.
