Does anyone have experience getting permit from town to add a pool in a home in Brookhaven (specifically Setauket/Stony Brook area)?

It's easy as long as setbacks are propper. Then to get get official Co, you better hope EVERYTHING on property is up to code, including no illegal sheds.

It is true, but they need to be 10 feet off the property line. Yes, that's right, 10feet! So if you plan on a shed, put it up after the pool.

If you need a reference for a company, pm me. My company did a great job, and was reasonable.
