the garden city bird sanctuary is a great little place .

we got an invite to have the place to ourselves this week so we took advantage of it to do a photo shoot for them .

They count on volunteers to open it and they have had very few volunteers .

they recently seemed to get a few interested so starting in late spring they are hoping to be open weekends..

We became known by some board members who have been giving us access whenever any of them go to check on the place

DH grew up down the black from there and it was an empty field. Major improvement from then til now. Thanks

I love Birds and I am a bird owner myself to 4 beautiful Zebra Finches so I must check this place out.
