Of course you can enter the intersection on a green or yellow. I was disputing the claim that a driver gets some amount of time to go through a red light, .3 seconds as an example mentioned by the OP. The ticket shows your car before the stop line at a red light and then a pic of your car in the intersection past the red light. I wasn’t trying to give a full description of what a red light camera ticket looks like. There is no threshold of time they allow you to go through a red light.
I don’t know how the OP would know he has previously gone through a red light at .3 seconds after it turned red without getting a ticket. If he didn’t get a ticket there would be no timestamped photos. He must have been at least partially in the intersection which is why he didn’t get a ticket those other times.
