A lot of people that grew up in Queens that make decent money and want to raise families in a somewhat affordable area are moving to places like Plainview, Bethpage, Hicksville, Wantagh, Merrick. And in some cases, Rockville Center. North Shore is too expensive. A lot of south shore Nassau is ghetto.
East Hills (Roslyn School District). If you idiots decide to vote Hochul in, my house there will be up for sale in November and I am early retiring to Florida.

Merrick, Bellmore, Wantagh, Seaford, Massapequa, Massapequa Park are all South shore and very far from ghetto.
