If there is a ceiling fan already there, it's should be easy to install a new one yourself. My husband did the one in our kitchen and he's not a electrician. You can call Allways electric in bright waters they will come to Nassau and Suffolk county.

350 lol to hook up a few wires. What a deal ! I've met some master plumbers to be some real dummies. Not quite sure how hard it is it how legit the test process is but I'm not impressed

Speaking of dummies. Hey dummy, it's a full install, new wiring and switch. So $350 is fair.
