Today I filled up for $1.39 a gallon with Fuel Perks. Good news that's almost pre-Katrina!

$2.07 for gas yesterday on 112 just south of the Expressway. Got an idiot 'round the corner from me in Rocky Point that is still 2.99, yup, not a typo, Two Dollars and Ninety Nine Cents. Tell me this guy isn't selling drugs or something on the side! Neighboring gas stations are $2.25 for less.

That Mobile station has been the most expensive gas on the island for some time. I wonder if he is restricted by his parent company and cannot lower the price. I never see anyone there.

Also interesting is that the Mobile on 25A in Mt Sinai is 2.27 like everyone else!
