Seems fishy to me that it happened on Fri morning and the lawsuit is in Monday morning. They couldn't have been that hurt if they made it to their lawyers that fast. They're probably suffering from whiplash from running to their lawyers so fast. They seem to be related and both have seperate injuries. Hmmmmm.

Take it from personal experience, when people sue, they always sue for a million or more (I was in a car accident adn was sued by the person I hit for a million and by the guys wife for a million and she wasn't even in the car or at the accident! They only ended up getting about $25,000 from geico). Lawyers will always put a big number out there and hope the judge will give them a nice amount.
I'm sure these guys were part of the problem that same morning. They are lazy and are just looking for a payday.
