Do you need a CO for an above ground pool in the town of Brookhaven?

I should add to that that, although a CO is required, the vast majority of people do not bother.

Thanks Tom, guess it only becomes a problem when you are trying to buy or sell a house.

Sometimes, but not always, it has to be taken down.

Placement in the yard (setbacks) as well as proximity to electric lines plays into that, too.

I'm in the pool business. I can't count the amount of times I've had to take down an A/G pool for CO or sale issues. Most of the time, I've had to take them down for the inspection, and then re-assemble them after the smoke clears.
Not a fan of A/G pools
