You would think open space may be something worth saving on LI. Nature has already begun to take back the land since the area was abandoned/closed. I personally think the riverhead resorts idea is retarded. But money talks....
Amazing in this economy these developers want to put this garbage up. I wish we had a Gov. with some balls to buy it as a state park.
If this thing gets built it will have one of the largest negative effects on the pine barrens. It must be stopped at all costs.
