Now that it is being abolished, I think we need to file a class action suit and get a refund for the taxes paid thus far. Government can't keep being allowed to get away with "oops, our bad"

And he is going to pay for this how?? When this issue was being debated before it was even passed in the Legislature, when it was being discussed during the campaign and yet still now we haven't heard a peep about how this is going to be paid for.

That is basically the attitude and philosophy that led us to the junk bond ratings and on the brink of getting our finances taken over by the state 10 years ago under Gullotta.
