Anyone know what they are doing north of Middle Country Road? They've moved the lanes over temporarily and people were going through red lights because they never turned green. Wouldn't be surprised if there is an increase in accidents here.

Funny thing is that area really doesn't need repaving. I can think of worse roads that really need it.

there was one of those big trucks with the conveyor belt that they dump old blacktop into a truck. However...you are right, that road is on pretty good shape. I often wonder whats really necessary with construction in Sept (when the end of FY money needs to be spent)

Thats probably it. Because if they don't spend it, they won't get as much next year.

Although, its going to make traffic there worse during all this.

I remember them doing that. I couldn't figure out why because even that part of the road was fine.

I should change the sign to "Your wasted tax dollars at work"
