You could PM it to me, I'm clearly not a moron as that is what I'm trying to get away from. I don't mind seeing neighbors or hearing them a little...I just don't think I should be impacted by their dumb lifestyle decisions.

To be honest, it's probably not worth it to move anywhere else on the island.
It's all ruined or in the process of being ruined.
Sell and leave. You don't need to go south either.
