Every one of the four major supermarket chains on LI are ripoffs. I can't wait until more Shoprites pop up (Commack is opening end of this week, Uniondale in the spring, and Patchogue in the summer). Their regular prices are usually in line with everyone else, but their sales circulars are heads and shoulders above everybody else.
Target's also been pretty good now that they added meats and all that. I avoid Walmart because: one - it's not that close to me, and two - the aggravation from that place is not worth the small difference between Walmart and Target.
