so me and my 2 friends are planning a vacation to santa monica around december/january(is that a good time to go?). we are from New York. We are all 18 years old and were wondering if there was anywhere in santa monica that would let 18 year olds rent a car... or if there was any way one of our parents could cosign or something. We understand it would be a little more expensive if they did allow 18 year olds to take a car but we really dont have any other options.
