Almost everything along Wilshire Blvd, i would consider urban. Sometimes when I'm driving along Wilshire, i get quick resembles of being driving in Manhattan.. and I think that's the only street in LA I feel that way.

I agree. Driving down Wilshire Blvd, starting downtown and all the way to Westwood is impressive.

The most urban.
Mostly commercial urban area is Downtown LA
Mostly residential urban area is Westlake
Mostly even commercial and residential is Koreatown.

In terms of quality

Most Urban: Lincoln Blvd N of Venice Blvd
Most Walkable: Rose Ave & Main st
Transit accessible: Downtown Culver

Clearly you're not familiar with 2017 Venice.

Ventura blvd is the best you can afford these days.

Lincoln's about as urban as Van Nuys Boulevard, and a little less than Lankershim.
