Hello everyone!
My husband and I our on search for spacious nice townhome for a reasonable price! We saw some for $995 and $900. We need a 2bedroom 2 bath. We prefer not to move into the "ghetto". NICELY KEPT UP, and a QUIET AREA! We are thinking about moving into the one for $995 it looks like a nice area but how can you really be sure? The location is L and 15th street west. If anyone can help with a list of townhomes in the area of Lancaster, Ca that would be great, or Palmdale that would be great!

What made you go with Lancaster or Palmdale? Do you work out there? I'm not familiar with either but always read negative things about both towns.

Maybe, you can go to the police station, ask them about areas you are considering and find out how safe they consider it.

I have heard great things about West Oaks Apartments on L & 30th. Any apartments off of Avenue L would be nice. L & 15th is great because you have easy access to the freeway. Between Avenue and Ave M, and west of the freeway you will find will be a nice place to live. That's where I live, and I love it.
