You are saying "I LUV LA!" now but hopefully, you will come here and successfully go through the immigration process and get your paperwork, find a decent job that will probably pay so-so. Even then, you'll work your butt off and be good at it. Naturally, you will meet a curry cutie and get into a relationship. A short while later, the company will lay you off simply to outsource your position to a guy in India. Financial problems will eventually drive your girlfriend/wife away, get evicted from your house/apartment, lose your car while you continue to look for work day and night...

You will eventually either snap and go back to your former office and gun down bunch of people or get shot by cops while running away from the convenience store that you tried to rob but couldn't because you ran into your childhood friend who now worked there as the night clerk. Now your bloody dead arse is on the News for all to see and wonder "Oh, he was such a nice, quiet young man, I wonder what happened?"
Would you then still be thinking "I LUV LA!"?

Of course I am only kidding! You will be fine! This city could use another unemployed guy with a degree in arts.

Lol, what is it with Americans always accusing immigrants of Hollywood dreaming.

It's 2013, you know. They have the internet, they can read the news. It's not like they have one TV in some dark cellar with bad reception that only gets BayWatch and they're like "America! America! I go to sun!"

Just saying.
