As the date for my East coast departure draws near i find myself wondering how much life is going to change for me. I mean i have spent 20 years in Philadelphia (born in Nigeria) went to grade school, middle school, junior high, high school, and college all in this same area. I am filled with excitement, fear, and wonder. I ask teh question to all recent or veteran transplants how was teh move, how has LA treated you? Are you enjoying your new life and how so?

It's gonna be a big change for you compared to Philly, no doubt about it. First thing i've noticed when i flew in 10 days ago was 85 deegres in the air, compared to 30 back east

I love LA and living here is so different from visiting. I lived in Seattle and DC and find living in LA far more enjoyable though I love Seattle too.
