Thought so based on the Metropolis title, nicely done.

Nicely done!

If anything, as an amateur, I'd say that your pans are a bit rocky--pick an axis to move on and stick with it unless you have something specifically in mind for why you want to deviate from it. The edit from 0:18 to 0:19 for essentially the same shot but with the helicopter is a bit odd--stick with the footage from one unless you can meld them seamlessly, or you can go back to the shot later on as a visual callback. If you really liked the stutter step so much there, then introduce another one of a similar shot to get a series going. The parts where you have pans going in one direction then jumping into another with a pan to a lesser degree or another direction should cohere a bit more to make a single swooping direction despite the cuts or to have a directed reason for why the pace and direction are different. The bustling street corner around the 0:50 mark might need a more gradual drop off to the tunnel with cars because the movement inhabiting the frame with the pedestrians is all throughout the frame though the subsequent ones only take place within specific sides of the frame. All in all, though, good.
