I've read that you can only watch the Dodgers live (unless the game is on ESPN) with Time Warner Cable. That would mean if you have Charter cable, you've got nothing. What do people do then if they are Dodgers fans and they don't have TWC - do they just go to some place that has TWC? You can't watch them on the internet?

I have a list of Charter expanded channels and 41 is Time Warner Sportsnet, but that's not the thing with the Dodgers is it??

PS What parts of LA have TW cable? All or most of the San Gabriel Valley has Charter, like Pasadena and Monterey Park.

Screw Time Warner... I love my dodgers and can't watch them. I usually just follow the dodgers game thread on reddit and usually somebody will post the stream. Then I have to use my chrome cast to project it on the TV.

I'm screwed as well, as I don't have Time Warner. So, so evil of them.

No, the TW Sportsnet channel Charter carries is the Lakers station.

The dispute is over fees. Right now, the Dodgers/TW are in a staring contest with Direct/Charter/Dish etc. It'll get settled- too much revenue going to waste to last much longer.

Meanwhile, I just listen to to the game on the radio. It's kinda cool. Reminds me of when I was a kid.

What really pisses me off about about the Dodgers/TWC situation is that I would gladly pay the MLB directly for their MLB package which is probably around $100-250 for the season to watch the dodgers and any other baseball game I wish but they black out local games pretty much forcing you to go with TWC if the Dodgers are a priority. The whole situation seems like it should be illegal
