Nice to see another american who lived in Mexico .

I know what you mean, last month I took a trip to San Diego I felt so wired being there I kind of had reverse culture shock.

You will be paying Community College tuition much higher unless you re-establish residency in California for a year first. So Maybe work for a year. Being a citizen is not the same as residency.

There must be some value in being bilingual, hospitality, call center, sales, banking, retail, no?

Yeah I also had that in mind, I want to get adjusted for like a year first.
