Hi all, I am a 27 year old professional black male moving from Dallas (Go Cowboys!!) to L.A. as I just accepted a job offer in the West L.A. area. I was looking for areas to live in, and I happen to find a few apartments in the Culver City area, in particular right next to the Fox Hills mall. How is the area around the fox hills mall when it comes to safety? How is the area when it comes to diversity/race relations? Thank you so much and I look forward to moving soon. :-)

Fox Hills is a fairly safe and quiet community that's adjacent to Ladera Heights which is an affluent mostly black neighborhood.

Came across this classic shot of when the Dallas Cowboys practiced at California Lutheran University (then called California Lutheran College). Note the CLC on Mount Clef Ridge. The legendary Roger Staubach #12, Tom Landry and I think Craig Morton #14. That might be Dan Reeves #30 in the background, not sure.

Yea, and the Westchester community of Los Angeles is diverse too, and safe.
