Hi! All Iam currently residing in Charlotte, NC but come June me and my 4 boys will be making are way to Los Angeles. We are excited I'm ready to step out of my comfort zone. Yes I'm going to pursue my dreams. I Don't have anything line up as far as housing and employment but Iam in the planning process. Can anyone give me tips on the best school and neighborhoods.

^^^^^^^^^^^ THAT.

We are a childless couple, hoping to move with a base guaranteed yearly income of $60,000 and other employment and we are concerned. You would need more than that to house and raise 4 kids.

Hope you can make it in LA and not put your kids through some horrible, deprived childhood.

Los Angeles is "all about me" plus the crime, graffiti, traffic, smog, over-priced housing and high tax rate...welcome to paradise.

For the sake of your children, you should have a job lined up (no, not a minimum wage job) and a place to stay before coming here.

The crime is actually not that bad. On a per capita basis, we don't crack the Top 25.

Assuming you're real- give your four boys a break and leave them with relatives.
