Can anyone tell me realistic driving times off and on rush hour to get from granada hills and west hills to Los ANgeles. Also to Santa Monica. Thank you so much in advance I think the hour I was figuring on is way off.

Define "Los Angeles"

To santa monica, at least an hour, but give 90+ minutes during rush hour.

Off rush hour, could be as little as 45 minutes if theres no traffic.
