And that's the way it ought to be, generally speaking. The ticket campers I assume are not a recurring problem, and much less offensive. It's the homeless people who stay in a neighborhood every day for weeks, months, and even years that get on my nerves, especially when their creepy disorders are on display and I have to smell their urine when I walk by their tinkle zone.
