I am going to be in la for one day one night I am in town for a interview . My interview is at 8am at lax. I was looking on the concourse hotel is that a decent place to stay? I don't want a sketchy motel 6 where some tweaker will try to rob me but I don't want to spend a ton of money either .

My main reason for this post is I am trying to take the morning commute out of
The equation so I won't be late for an interview , are any hotels in a budget of 100 or less that are less than 5 minutes or even walking distance to lax ?

Any other overal recommendations are greatly Appreciated .. Including what should I do/see in my first time in la only have about 7-8 hours and won't have a car

Also is there stuff to do around the airport , like resturant/ bar wise

Here.

Doesn't seem like a budget of $100 will do it.

Looks like a couple I listed have rooms for $120. But maybe not the night you need.

They have a collection of decent hotels at Hawthorne BLVD and Imperial a block from the 105. There is a light rail line there too. Think they have a Comfort Inn, Holiday Inn, and La Quinta all on the same block. Some eateries too and there are shuttles to/from LAX. Should be at your budget.
