He was just standing waiting for his food and all of a sudden fell onto the floor face first. Cops and doctors came, he was bleeding all over obviously. Didn't get up for about a minute. Not exactly sure what happened, but he walked out with them on his own power.

I own habt stock. I would buy in n out stock too if I could.

Habit is good but if it closed down tomorrow I wouldn't care. If in n out went under I would actually feel really sad.

One major problem with fries there is that you have to salt fries immediately after coming out of the fryer. Salting your fries after the fact is useless.

In N Out is delicious. It's very subtle but there's something about them that makes them so. The fries are amazing too, they give you salt to season if you want to overload your sodium intake, but they're fresh and good as is. They have a great business model, offer a unique experience (Streamline moderne interiors, original uniforms, etc.), the food is simple and cheap as hell, and the service is always great no matter where you go. It's always sparkling clean inside too. Not many other cheap fast food places can really say the same.

The habit is my second favorite. It's definitely not more or less greasy than In N Out, so I don't know what another poster was referring to. There burgers are amazing, but different than In N Out because they are charbroiled.

If you're talking about in-n-out you would be wrong, fries are salted right out of the fryer.

I never really liked the Habit, something about the "char" that's a bit too "charry" for me. For me, the best burger of all (when I want to spend a small fortune) is Five Guys, otherwise In-N-Out is my go to. When I'm in a hotdog mood, it's Carney's on Sunset.
