I heard on the radio, 0 to 60 9.1 sec.according to Car & Driver so its slow and thats providing that the battery is not dead, and 38 MPG. 118 HP electric and a 2L 141 HP gas.

Why would the battery be dead any more on a hybrid than a gas only vehicle? They both have batteries.

Whatever happened with all the little BMW electric cars they bought for "non patrol use"?

Does anyone know .. I wonder if they actually use them or if they are just sitting in a lot somewhere .

There aren't too many Police Departments that allow Officers to take Patrol cars home with them
