I saw Mayor Soft Serve on the evening news doing an obligatory hand-wringing over the Confederate plaque at the Hollywood Forever cemetery.

We have at least one George Washington statue in L.A. according to Google, though no Thomas Jefferson statues I can find.

D.W. Griffith school? I'm honestly shocked the name hasn't yet been changed. What's the story with that?

Somehow, the name hasn't yet been changed. The school has had that name since it opened in 1939, when Griffith was still alive.

Anyone who can't tell the distinct historical differences between Washington/Jefferson and Confederate historical figures like Lee needs to have their head examined.

Better to take down Confederate statues than to erect statues of Putin or Duke on the White House lawn which is what the current occupant of WH seems wont to do.

What do you consider to be "politicaly incorrect"? Examples?

Read any basic textbook on U.S. history and you'll understand the difference.

That includes the snowflakes that couldn't accept the Charlottesville city council's decision to remove the statute of General Lee.

I agree. Great description for white supremacists, snowflakes.

Ironically, California has the most hate groups. Lol.

California is No. 1 haven for hate groups, report says | Fox News

Statue of Beethoven in Pershing Square. He was German. It has got to go.

Anything with Martin Luther King Jr has to go because he was not pro gay marriage.

The war memorial at Adams Blvd and La Brea. Some of the Americans who died were white. They probably deserved to die. So burn that down.

Statue of Saint Monica in Santa Monica. She was cared for her children's religious education and was thus a tool of oppression and traditional marriage. Burn it down.
