While there are no new brick houses in L.A., there are plenty of newer brickface houses -- wooden houses with a fake brick (or stone) facade.

Some of the more expensive neighborhoods have a variety of styles. Southern Antebellum, beside a Brick Tudor, beside a Spanish Hacienda, beside a Ranch Home, beside a Turreted Castle, beside a Cubist Modernist Monstrosity.

Long live non-tract neighborhoods!

I would say none. Just because it's brick doesn't mean it's East Coast style in LA.
There are very few. I do not see very many, if any- East Coast influence here.

LA has it's own style of architecture. It's what makes it unique.

East coast style doesn't mean only brick. There are Tudor style and whatever those are called with the two story pillars out front and some others in the older neighborhoods like Hancock Park. And what about the Victorian style in places like Angelino Heights. I know Lexington KY isn't "East Coast," but this street view could easily be in parts of Lexington KY and I'm sure other Southeast/Northeast small towns/cities too.

And whatever this style is called and other similar styles throughout West Adams?

Or this in parts of Long Beach?
