I know two separate parties who need to relocate. One party (three men and one woman) are looking for a 3 bedroom/2bath place in the South Bay ish area. There is exactly one place in today's Daily Breeze that meets their criteria, is within their budget, and even allows pets. (They dont' have any, but I'm sure there are many other interested others) I've been checking the Times and local papers, too.

The other party has so many special needs that I'm willing to give them information but I wouldn't want to misrepresent their situation.

My question is: I'm trying to help them out while they are at work, and I'm not finding much online nor in the media. They might get lucky driving up and down streets, but that gets pricey quick @ $4 and up a gallon.

I'm starting to get the feeling I'm overlooking an online source, and any and all leads are appreciated. I'm willing to do further research as a favor to these people who have done a lot for me over the years.

I've never had the need to look through craigslist at rentals. But I'm amazed at the number of places homes/apt/condos for rent in El Segundo. If any of them are of interest to anyone, direct mail me and I'll let you know if it's a nice area.

westside rentals is probably the best source.. not all inclusive(none are), but you don't need to qualify the listing like you do for craigslist. i always use the pennysaver. old grandmas put up their nice guesthouses for cheap in the pennysaver

Default Mailman just delivered the Pennysaver!

I haven't gave them a serious look for years? I don't think there'll be a 3 bedroom "guest house" but it's worth a look!

Thanks for the suggestions, and if anyone wants to post more, I'm sure it'll be helpful to others down the line.
