I live in Vine Grove as of right now but I am looking to buy a house on Westchester Avenue right of Southwestern Parkway. Just wondering what kind of area this is..high crime? or is it an okay place to live? Any info will help. Thanks!

I also live in Vine Grove and hope to move into Louisville in the next year. From all I've been told, the West End (West of 9th St and inside of I-264) is a no-no. The area meets the West of 9th requirement but not the inside of I-264 requirement. One thing I would do is try to visit the area at night and see if you are comfortable with it seeing it as this is where you will be sleeping.
