I am looking at moving to PRP/Valley Station and have found two complexes that fit my budget and desired area. One is Greenwood Place Apts and the other is Monterey Place Apts.

Does anybody have any comments, complaints or knowledge of these places? I have looked both up online and the reviews I have read are mixed leaning toward bad. I will be checking them out in person in the next few days but would appreciate any advice.

I don't know anything about those two complexes but there is a really nice, brand new apartment complex next to Sanders Elementary on Terry Road. Might be worth checking out. My friends just moved there and they love it.
