I went through Louisville last week with my own vehicle and crossed a toll bridge into IN and was expecting a tollbooth or something but never came across one. How is this supposed to work? I'm now doing a return trip where I'll come across the same bridge.

Since you didn't have the rfid on your car, you will get a bill in the mail. Likely with a surcharge.

We experienced that on a trip to Pennsylvania last summer. All toll booths are like that. Just drive through and it takes a picture of your license plate and you get a bill in the mail later.

You can go to the riverlink website here, enter your license plate, and just pay online. No need to wait for a bill in the mail.

You can easily avoid that toll by exiting I-65 to downtown, then take the Clark Memorial Bridge (US HWY 31).
