Hi, I've relocated to Louisville and can't permanently settle in until my townhouse sells in Charlotte.
I need to sublet a furnished house or apartment that is convenient to downtown and will allow me to have a 15 year old cat.
I don't mind taking full responsibility for the yardwork, etc as long as the tools are provided.
It's July 16 and I'm ready to move anytime!
