I may be moving from SC to Dublin GA along about May2015. I know, being originally from GA, that the "gnat line" is at or along a line at Macon going East and West. There is no gnat problem here in Aiken, and I feel royally "blessed" as I hate them. Can handle the increase in humidity, but NOT THE GNATS! Does anyone know if the gnats do exist in Dublin Ga? Also, from someone who might live there, is the crime problem considered "good or bad" there?

Yes, they exist in Dublin Ga, and probably any place south of Macon.

I once lived South of the gnat line and one old timer told me that if I wore pants with a large hole in the right spot and no underwear, the gnats would leave my mouth alone.
