Is it just me or is Mercer Uni Dr. the busiest street in Macon? Statistics say Gray Hwy but at times I can't imagine that when I hit Mercer between Anthony Rd and Log Cabin every single day Mercer just got to be the busiest road in town. Why because no matter what day or time of day the traffic is like whoa. I would rank the top 5 as:
Mercer Uni. Dr.
Spring St./Gray Hwy
Pio Nono Ave/ Hwy247
Vineville Ave/Forsyth Rd.
Tom Hill Sr. Blvd.

In top 10:
Eisenhower Pkwy.
Riverside Dr.
Northside Dr.
Tie: Log Cabin Dr. , Forest Hill Rd.

Worthy of recognition:
Napier Ave.
Houston Ave.
Shurling Dr.
Emory Hwy.
Zebulon Rd.
Second St.
Bass Rd.

This is just my personal opinion and I'm sure you have yours and Gray Hwy is probably not number 1 unles you stay on the east side. Ok By side of town; North Macon = Northside Dr. South Macon = Pio Nono Ave., East Macon = Gray Hwy. and West Macon = Mercer Uni Dr.

I really cant tell. Mercer and Gray Hwy both are very busy at certain times. I stay all the way down Shurling, almost in Jones County. I'm not sure if Shurling is even quite as busy as the others in your "Worthy of Recognition" list, especially on my end.
From Appling Middle School to the Gray Hwy intersection maybe, because the bulk of he population on Shurling lives up that way, but going the other way, from Appling to the Jones County line, we have very moderate traffic.
