Macon-Bibb County will be the new home for the world's largest advanced plastics recycling and renewal plant for the company Brightmark.
Brightmark is investing more than $680 million in the new plant that will be a 5.3 million-square-foot site.
The company only has one other plant in Ashley, Indiana and they say this plant in Georgia will help serve the southeast region of the country.
