It tripped your trigger! Woo Hoo! Great

Now will it float your boat? Wet your whistle? and soothe your soul?

I know it's a bit out there but that's part of what I loved about it.....sure it has some fixin' up to be done, but I actually enjoy that too! Now all I have to hope for is employment.........I understand Moosehead MFG. might be hiring sometime soon.....any other ideas out there??
Abbot, out there? Naw! You are at the jumping off point to one of the most beautiful regions of New England. Check with Moosehead Mfg. (new managemant,) maybe the Moosehead Ceadar Log Homes in Greenville. The point is to cobble together anything you can, for a living.

Old rock and roll drummer, eh? I'm just 20 minutes up the road. If the right crowd is hanging out, we often spend hours playing rock and roll trivia. There is actually one local up here who retains more useless information than me. If we get bored, we go out Jeeping. Handguns are optional. I am in the middle of total renovation of the shop complete with a "lounge". The coffee will always be on. BYOB.

I remember going through Abbot on way to Moosehead Lake. I think there is a neat little bakery just a few miles south of Abbot right on Rt. 15.. It's been a few years since I've made the trip to Greenville as they were fixing that road and it was awful. I'm sure it must be done by now.

We have some friends in Abbot, and don't get over that way nearly enough. I like the little village area, and the sense of community there! Sometimes you have to take a couple of part-time jobs to get the dollars coming in, but if you're happy where you are, it's worth it.

Don't worry 399, I lived in Maine for 30 plus years and know I have to take what I can get and also live cheap and live by my wits.....that last one might be tough! And, yes that place DID float my boat!!!!

OP hasn't posted since 2016. You send a DM but do't know as he'd see it.
