Thanks for the good thoughts, folks. I'm still wondering who the gypsy is that has cursed me these last few years.

^yeah, good luck. I can't believe it's happening nearly 7 years after the fact. I'm no lawyer, but don't you only have lime 3 years to file a civil suit after the incident? I'm thinking whoever is doing this to you has been hurt by the economy in some way and is now trying to get money any way possible.

Hopefully they're grasping at straws and have no case. Good luck!

We are getting more snow today

I hope that we get enough snow to allow me to fire-up the tractor to clear it.

The state of ME apparently has an especially long statute limit. It would have been 7 years after the 15th and the insurance company had not resolved the case.
I'm hoping and praying I don't get hosed for a 8 mph fender-bender that up until recently I thought was history.
My Christmas has been one of the worst ever. C-D folks, hug your kids and count your blessings.

I think you should head to Bangor and have a talk with Stephen King about his gypsies.

Nothing on Christmas but a few cards. Was gonna wait to see what was on sale, but the GF is working all weekend.

T- if you need a lawyer, I can give you the name of one in Portland. He was recommended to me but I never used him because he was too far away. Instead he gave me the rec for my lawyer here in Bangor who took care of some things here for me. I know that isn't much of a promo, but maybe it's better than picking a name out of the phone book? You can DM me if you like and I'll see if I can dig up the name and number. Don't know if he handles this sort of case but you might be able to get a referral to someone who does.

Take her out for dinner, and consider that your gift to yourselves.
