Ayah, Hi Mainers. Never been to New England; live in Cape Coral, FL. Always had a hankering to come to Maine; sounds like Colorado in New England, but I don't know much about it. I never met a Mainer I didn't like, seem like a pragmatic, sensible lot.

I don't know about the tourist areas. I do know jobs aren't that easy to find, but maybe a temp service? I'd look for the job, then see what you can do about spliting homes.
