Since this thread was started in 2009 my fuel oil bill has risen to $341/month year round. That's just for heating. Having said that, I started this year's heating season with just under $2000 in credit. Did SMO adjust the monthly charge, which was the reason they stated for going to a 12 month billing cycle? No, they have not. I've gotten one load of oil so far which topped the tank off. Still waiting for the adjustment. If I get a load of oil for a totally empty tank (which it isn't) this week my credit will be $1500.
